Some projects ask for a depth of precision — and working with Hank Minor on The Way of Leadership was exactly that kind of invitation. This wasn't just a branding and website project; it was an exercise in translating a philosophy into a visual experience. One that could hold the weight of what Hank was cultivating.

The Way of Leadership is presence-driven and rooted in the belief that the most meaningful shift in leadership starts from within. Hank works with CEOs, founders, entrepreneurs, and visionaries who know there's more — not just more to achieve, but more to become. His work is deep, personal, and transformational, and my focus was to capture that depth of care in his branding and website.

For this project, we developed a full logo suite and visual identity alongside a custom website design — each element crafted to reflect the quiet strength and intentionality at the heart of Hank's work. The design direction called for something clean and commanding.

The result is a cohesive identity and website that honors the seriousness of this work while remaining open and inviting to the leaders who are ready to answer that deeper call.
